Initial Consultation
We can speak over phone, video chat, or in person to answer any questions and see if we're the right fit for each other.
Phone & Email Support
I'm available throughout pregnancy and up to 3 weeks postpartum to answer any questions and send information you may want about your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Two Prenatal Visits
These visits are to get to know each other so I can better understand your birth preferences. I will review your intake forms and provide evidence-based information pertaining to your needs, and share resources. We will go over comfort measures, pain management techniques, how your partner can be of the best help, and discuss any fears or anxiety you may have surrounding birth. I help you and your partner plan for postpartum as well.
Create a Birth Plan
I help you create a birth plan. This is to help you figure out what your preferences are and to show your labor and delivery team so they can be informed.
Continuous Labor Support
I am on call 24/7 from 37 weeks onward. This means I will ensure I have service and am available to you should you go into labor. I stay with you from the time I arrive during labor, throughout the birth, and up to 2 hours after your little one is born. More details on the ways I support you and your family during labor can be discussed during our initial consultation.
Postpartum Visit
I will come visit 1 to 2 weeks after your baby is born to do a follow up and check-in. We'll go over your feelings on the labor and birth, how you've been doing since then, sleep patterns, family and friend support, self-care, and your emotional state. I will provide you with local resources should you need any extra support.
Lending Library
You will have free access to my lending library of pregnancy, postpartum, and childcare books up until our postpartum visit.

You will receive two beautiful, organic, handmade products from my company Naturalis as gifts for use during your pregnancy and postpartum recovery time.
